Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Precision Tuckpointing ("we," "our," or "us"). By hiring us to perform any work, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined here. These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Scope of Services
Our services include tuckpointing, brick restoration, brick replacement, parging, chimney restoration, and brick column repair. We aim to complete work to a high standard of quality, subject to weather conditions and material availability. All work is carried out Monday through Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.

Estimates and Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the scope of work discussed during your consultation. All costs, including materials, delivery, waste removal, and scaffolding, are included in the final price unless otherwise stated. Any additional work not originally quoted will be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to proceeding. 

Payments
 We accept payments via e-transfer. A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job, unless an alternative payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge for costs already incurred, especially if materials have been ordered or work has begun. 

Weather Delays
Due to the nature of our services, work is weather-dependent. We will do our best to stay on schedule, but delays caused by poor weather conditions may result in a change to the expected completion date. We appreciate your understanding in these situations. 

Worksite Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property where work is to be performed. This includes clearance for equipment and materials and ensuring the site is safe for our workers. Any limitations should be disclosed in advance. 

Warranty and Liability
We stand by the quality of our work. If you notice any defects related to workmanship within a reasonable time after the job is completed, please contact us to discuss a resolution. However, we are not liable for pre-existing issues, structural defects, or damage caused by external factors beyond our control. ​However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the job has been completed or during periods when we are not actively working on-site. This includes damage caused by weather, third parties, structural issues, or any other external factors beyond our control.

Use of Materials and Equipment
All materials used for your project are either provided by us or approved by you. We ensure that all materials meet professional standards. Scaffolding and tools remain our property and will be removed promptly after work is completed. 

Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected—such as name, address, phone number, or email—is used solely for the purpose of completing your job and communicating with you. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
